Minted New York offers returns or exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Please note that limited edition drops and archive sales are considered final sale unless otherwise stated.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print directly from your browser.
Pack Your Items
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags are intact, and affix the prepaid label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days of reaching our warehouse.
